The Last Chukka No. 001 – The Return
Stopnica · a royal town since 1362
Stop looking. This is the last chukka you’ll buy.
Drag to turn the boots in the horizontal — and drag up to tip them back and see the sole, stamped with the mark.

The Chest
The Chest of Passage
Every pair travels in a chest built by hand — solid wood joined with wooden dowels and forged nails, lined with raw wool. Each boot rests in its own linen, wrapped and tied; the belt lies alongside in its own compartment. The lid carries the burned mark, the binding a wax seal, and a parchment tag the number of the pair.
Nothing here is shipped the ordinary way. As work has always left Stopnica, each chest is sealed with wax, bound in leather, and carried out into the world — to every part of it, placed into the owner’s own hands.
A word from the maker
Paweł invites you in
Paweł Stopnicki introduces himself and welcomes you to the atelier — twenty years of silence, and one boot to show for the return.

The Boot
One model, made properly
A single men’s chukka — nothing else. Hand-welted, built on one last, in a small range of full-grain leathers. Each pair numbered and made to the wearer’s measure.

The Maker
Twenty years of silence
Paweł Stopnicki is a master shoemaker returning to the bench after two decades away. The name comes from Stopnica — a royal town in Małopolska, chartered in 1362. Old craft, from an old place.
